Punch Holiday 2010 a FREE seminar. NORTH, Th, 11/18 @730pm and SOUTH, Mon, 11/22 @730pm. We will have a fun circuit style workout using authentic strength tools, increased performance talk and holiday cooking tips. Make sure to tell friends and family. We want to fill this up to get this great info out to the community.
Stay Fit after the Feast- Friday 11/26 we will be meeting at 1pm, North Punch Austin Gym for a adventure style kettlebell workout. This will be a special workout so be READY!!
