Snatch and Jump Rope Workout



Here is a great workout using our jump ropes and the czar of kettlebell lifts the snatch. Have fun with it.

Snatch Ladder 5rungs
30sec. Jump Rope
1min. Rope Get Up Sit Up (fast pace)
30sec. Jump Rope
1min. Overhead Rope Lunge (fast pace)
x2-3

Bandit Lunge R,L 10
