Over the weekend we had the honor to compete in the New York Kettlebell Longcycle Championships. Team Punch finished first in all of their respected divisions and brought back the gold to Austin.
There were a lot of strong competitors there and it is great to see the growth of the sport. The next World Kettlebell competition will be held in Chicago on Aug. 7. We have already begun training for it and look forward to another great event. Getting on the platform and performing is always a great pleasure because you get to represent yourself and your training. Each time I compete I learn more about myself and ways to better my training. Now after a few days off its time to start training for the next project.
